Now is the time to devour your early printed fantasy mags to pour of the stats and rankings, and earmark the players you will hope will adorn your fantasy squad with the super cool name that you think is oh so creative. Remember last year when we had the Michael Vick fiasco to keep us busy? What do we have this year?
Chad Johnson was getting geared up to be the story, but then evidently came to his senses. The big name free agent running backs are still toiling away (Shaun Alexander, Travis Henry, Kevin Jones, Cedric Benson), so I guess we'll keep an eye on them, but I don't think anything will happen until an injury affects a starter in training camp. Even the boring Marshawn Lynch hit and run case looks to be finally coming to a close.
